Step One: Inquiry & Availability
Begin by submitting an inquiry through our website. We’ll review your wedding date, location, ceremony time, and service needs to confirm availability.
Once availability is confirmed, you’ll receive a customized proposal outlining services requested, estimated timing, travel considerations, and investment details. This proposal serves as the foundation for your booking.
While based in Southeastern Pennsylvania, we regularly work throughout New Jersey and Delaware and travel frequently for weddings in New York, Maryland, and Virginia.
Step Two: Booking, Guided Planning & Communication
Your wedding date is officially reserved once the service agreement is signed and the non-refundable retainer is received. At that time, your date is removed from our availability and independent service providers are allocated exclusively for your event. From there, our process becomes intentionally streamlined. All communication flows directly through Jazmin Rae and the admin team, ensuring clarity and efficiency as we finalize service counts, determine appropriate coverage, build a realistic wedding morning timeline, and prepare for your trial — so you never have to manage logistics or chase details.
Step three: The Bridal Trial
Bridal trials take place at our studio and are scheduled closer to your wedding date to ensure your look reflects the season, your skin, and your final vision.
Trials are performed by the same professional who will be assigned to your wedding day whenever possible, creating continuity and trust.
Step four: Wedding Morning Execution
On your wedding day, our team arrives prepared, on time, and aligned with the timeline we’ve built together.
