Drawing from my own 2023 wedding experience and years as a bridal beauty expert, I've crafted sample schedules to ensure your wedding morning flows effortlessly, even with larger parties.

Here’s what to expect while planning your wedding morning (from a wedding pro and previous bride)

✨ The time dedicated to each person can vary, ranging between 40 and 60 minutes. Remember that this duration is different and unique to the service providers you choose. As a rule of thumb, we usually allocate around 45-50 minutes per person, per service on average.

✨ The hair and makeup artists will arrive about 30 minutes before their first service so they can set up. This allows them to set up their stations and, sometimes, tweak the room's layout to ensure it's conducive to hair and makeup.

✨ To account for the unpredictable nature of any event, including the occasional delay or touch-up moment, it's wise to incorporate 15-30 minutes of padding time at the end of your beauty timeline.

Once you book, we create a custom beauty timeline based on your ceremony time, venue, and party size. Every schedule is designed to ensure you and your bridal party have a relaxed, enjoyable morning—because beauty should never feel rushed.

  • 8am: hair and makeup arrives

    8:30am: hair and makeup begins

    8:30-9:15am: #1 makeup, #2 hair

    9:15-10am: #2 makeup, #1 hair

    10-10:45am: Bride’s makeup, #3 hair

    10:45-11:30am: #3 makeup, Bride’s hair

    11:30-12pm: padding time & clean up
